This plumbing team were very thorough and methodical problem solvers, and they came equipped with all the right tools. They were more concerned with doing a complete, quality job than a rushed one.
2nd time working with flow masters - specifically Alberto and Roberto on his team. First time on some routine maintenance on radiant heating system and water heater. This most recent fixing another radiant heating equipment issue and installing a leak detection system. Reliable and straightforward. They show up on time and are thorough. A bit on the expensive side but while I don’t love it, I’d rather do it right the first time and have folks with experience so we aren’t guessing.
Flow Masters plumbing did an amazing job, at short notice, (1) adding an automatic gas shutoff for earthquakes and (2) adding a water leak detection and shutoff device. They were thorough to make sure we have all tools needed to work with the system, they checked for leaks meticulously and completed the job in a few hours. They are also very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional at the same time!
