Alan, the owner is fast, responsive, dependable and knowledgeable. It's hard to find someone who is quick to respond even in the late hours of the day. My tenant called me at around 8pm and told me there's no hot water and her husband was taking a shower. I called Alan and he right away went to the site and fixed it. I have used Alan's services for various times and have been for many years. He is reliable when it comes to plumbing issues. Nice guy. Highly recommended.
I had an emergency leak late on a weeknight. All of the other plumbers that I called that claimed to have 24/7 service were lying. 365 Plumbing & Rooter came through and did a great job. Thanks!
Amaaaazing! Thank you Alan for your help. I called him literally at 2AM and he answered ready to help. He came within 30 minutes and solved the issue and even found where the main water valve is which I didn't know where it was. The toilet water shut off valve wouldn't work and it just kept making the toilet run which was making me worry some because I didn't want the water bill to rise up. Thankfully he knew what to do and his pricing was reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with their plumbing situation. Alan is reliable and can be trusted! He's got it handled!
