Drigo has been my go to plumber whenever I have had plumbing issues. He is able to diagnose some issues with his years of experience over the phone via text and once he's in person, he works hard to complete the job in an efficient manner! Once the job is done, he explains in a clear manner what should be done to reduce issues in the future and what the underlying root cause was. Not only that, but he will check in later if the work he's performed has been up to standard.
I had 2 clogged drains (bathroom, kitchen) that I couldn't manually snake myself, so I looked around for some professional help and found Drigo through Google Maps and Yelp. He was familiar with my neighborhood and the piping structure of the home and quickly cleared out the 2 drains with his electric/drill snake. He quoted $390, did not upsell, and provided tips on maintenance. We had great communication before, during, and after service. Overall, a great experience!
An absolute fantastic job! I called gave all information on a water heater had a texted quote within minutes. I was skeptical but it was reasonable and final say was my landlord. They came out quick, super knowledgeable, instalation done within 90 minutes. Very kind, and professional, clean work. Super happy! Im in corporate facilities its such a rarity to find people in the field that are trustworthy and pros. The only plumber ill use in the Bay!
