They responded quickly and set up an appointment to look at the problem the following day. Paul explained the cost of replacing the thermocouple of water heater and further advised us that there could be other issues and that they would look at it. When they came, they looked at the issues and recommended to replace water heater. It was already a 9 yr old water heater . Paul took charge of everything - from getting the new water heater, getting the warranty rebate deducted from our cost for heater at Home Depot , installing, and finally, our water heater gave us hot water supply. Paul and his two companions provided the kind of service any customer would wish to receive.. with courtesy, diligence, patience and know-how. Thanks Paul and all.

Can’t say enough about Paul. We are a repeat customer, we had our gas line fixed as per PG&E due to a gas leak. Our drain out was also clogged up so we couldn’t use our washer in the garage. Paul fixed both issues the same day. His prices are fair and his response is prompt. Paul saved our weekend.!!
