About StretchLab
StretchLab is dedicated to enhancing flexibility, range of motion, and energy for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Located in SOMA, it offers one-on-one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a friendly and open environment. Members can choose from 25 or 50-minute individual sessions or opt for drop-in and monthly memberships. The staff, known as Flexologists, are highly trained and create custom stretch routines tailored to each member's needs. The staff is wonderful and the stretching is very therapeutic. If you've never been, you really should try them at least once. They often have promotions for the first session. My StretchLab experience has been amazing. Everyone has been great to work with. The Flexologists, such as Angela, Erin, and Rashika, are excellent and very good at stretching clients beyond their expectations. They are well-versed in human anatomy and can specialize the treatment to each individual's needs. Customers have reported significant improvements in flexibility and pain relief after their sessions.
Kaitlyn is an incredibly talented flexologist who works with my boyfriend, Ken. She excels at explaining the purpose behind each position and helps tailor the session to the perfect 'good pain' threshold. She is truly in tune with her clients—thank you, Kaitlyn!
