My mom is hesitating practicing the exercise at home because she did not know why she does this. She knows her pack pain, but she also worry doing exercise would exacerbate.We bring this doubt to the doctor, and he is very kind and explained how the Spondylolisthesis is and how these exercise could help her muscle.
