I'm a lifelong athlete - including two college sports and 40 years of very intense adult soccer - who has been struggling with my recovery from a total hip replacement three years ago. After one session with Mindy, I could distribute my weight equally between my two sides for the first time in three+ years. Apparently, it was a Fascial Counterstrain technique (something I'd never heard of before). I call it a miracle and it gives me hope that I can walk freely again.

I feel very lucky to have found this place. Mindy clearly knows her stuff and the combination of modalities offered is really unique. As an athlete, it took me a long time to accept that just training harder wasn’t the solution for my situation and a more subtle, foundational tactic was needed. I wish I’d realized that sooner! Healthwell is helping me train smarter and with less pain
