“PRS was a life saver when 4 inches of water got into our built-out basement covering the entire floor. We called them at 7pm on a Friday and 2 of their technicians arrived within 30 minutes to clear up the water before it caused too much damage to the walls and floors. They used very effective drying equipment that dried out the entire area within a few days. A big plus is that they were very careful with our furniture and belongings that needed to be moved and covered. PRS has a system that has been fine-tuned to get the job done quickly and efficiently and we couldn’t be more grateful for their help. We would highly recommend their services to others.”

“I am a repeat customer. I had a toilet leak from the tank was concerned about water damage and possible mold, etc. I called Dry Kings in the morning and the receptionist was able to coordinate a technician to come out that afternoon. Mark, the tech was on time and professional. He checked my floors, walls and my downstairs neighbor with a device and there was no water detected. He said since I cleaned up the water promptly I was lucky that it didn't turn out badly but to keep an eye out for discoloration.<br><br>Dry Kings did a mitigation for me 4 years ago on a different property. There was water damage due to roof leak onto the ceiling. They also checked all the rooms of the house - fortunately it was contained to the living and dining rooms. They also recommended an asbestos abatement company due to having the ceiling opened up and drywall and sheetrock demolished. They do a thorough job to ensure customer safety. I would call Dry Kings again in the event of future water damage to a property.”

But they were efficient and got a plumber to me that night within an hour and a half. He was friendly, professional, and fast. And though it was a simple part replacement I thought the price was reasonable for a 9:30pm visit (was $369). Would definitely use again in an emergency.”
