They made a stressful situation a bit easier to get thru with their great customer service and prompt response. David was great to work with and I was very satisfied with the work performed. I hope I don’t have a water leak again but would not hesitate to use their services again!“
“All I can say is WOW! Every person we spoke with at National Response Team was courteous and professional. And they did an amazing job! So glad they were recommended to us.We had a busted sewer pipe under our house in the crawl space. Started to smell something in the house but didn't know what it was. It got worse after a couple weeks. Called the plumber. They took one look under our home and said we had a busted sewer line and they would not go down there to fix it unless it was cleaned up. NRT to the rescue!We had a pool of sewage water under the home. It completely covered the sewer line and a good portion of the ground. NRT gave us a reasonable bid. Some other companies were outrageously expensive. Clearly those other companies are looking to take advantage of home owners in need. NRT came over and were extremely professional. From the bid process, to scheduling the work, to coming to the house and doing the work, to the back office staff. Everyone was patient and nice to deal with. This is not something most people have to deal with. They did a great job explaining what needed to be done. They worked with us and our schedule. They did a great job cleaning up and removing all the contaminated water and debris. They even disinfected the worst of it. Our home smelled great! Our crawl space never looked better. The plumbers came in after them and were very impressed.
