Daniel Garza is a pleasure to work with, very responsive and informative. He confirmed all appointments in a timely manner, and worked with my schedule to get the work done. He and his team are very professional and courteous. They did a quality job on all the repairs done to my house. I would recommend him and his team to anyone - 100%! What a great experience in spite of a horrible situation! When mold was found growing on the inside walls of the bedrooms of our house, I went to Google and Yelp for reviews of mold remediation companies. So glad I contacted Reactic Restoration! I was set up with an appointment right away and sent reminders as the date and time approached. When the day came and their original estimator was going to be delayed, they called to ask if another time/date would work. As we were on a tight schedule, I advised that we really needed to hold this schedule and they made it happen.Idan came out to the house, on time, and went through the affected rooms. I highly recommend Reactic Restoration. They do what they say they're going to do! On time, professional, friendly, clean, honest and with great prices. There's many restoration companies out there, but not all can deliver superb customer service. That is what I experienced with Mike Guerrero with Reactic Restoration. He explained to me what their entire operation would be with great detail. He reassured me that they will go above and beyond to make me 100% satisfied. Sure enough he was spot on. Mike Guerrero will definitely be the person I contact again.
