This review is long overdue. If you have a leak there is no one better than Cameron and Absolute Maintenance and Consulting. Trust me, I've used them several times and they are THE BEST at what they do.On my latest roof leak, Cam came to the house and spotted the water source in 30 seconds. He also showed me exactly where the water had traveled, where it was settling, where I had water damage, etc. I was skeptical at first because he was just looking at the exterior of the house but sure enough, when his team started the repair and pulled down the plaster and wood he was exactly right.I appreciated that Cam was always available for my calls and he was incredibly patient...read full review

Cameron is straight forward and lays out the facts. We had several contractors give their quotes and everyone of them had a different solution; I was not confident in their solutions Cameron provided a solution on the cause of the leak, mold remediation, and repair. Cameron's Years of experience and confidence is clear and evident. One company to do it all with no subcontractors Absolute's team were e always on time and very professional.

They offered a free consultation and were very honest with me about the cost and limits of what they could do because of how extensive the problem was (the entire shower at our rental needed to be replaced). I appreciated them answering a few follow up questions for free as well!
