SunTrust Restoration

Latrelle and his team were very communicative and professional. We had two pretty large areas of mold in the back area of our apartment. He and his team took care to ensure they were accommodating and as non intrusive to our day to day life as they could be and went through every step to ensure the rest of our apartment was unaffected. All the details- laying down a paper walkway, using shoe covers, securely and cleanly sectioning off the quarantined area and keeping us updated every step of the way and being as timely and efficient as seemingly possible from removal to resolve.

10/10. Hopefully never will need his services again but if we do we know who we can trust to do the job right.

A Big shoutout to Latrelle, he has been a great asset to our properties. He is fast, reliable, professional, and always communicates clearly throughout the process. We appreciate that he’s honest, efficient, and consistently looks for ways to save us money while still delivering quality work. Highly recommend SunTrust for any restoration or mitigation needs.

I had the opportunity to inspect their works on a restoration projects, and I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism. Their team did a clean, detailed, and well organized job from start to finish. Everything was handled properly, and it was clear that they take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend them for restoration services.!!!
