They were great! Our toilet made a mess of the bathroom, escaped to wreck the carpet and even soak into the walls, but Bobby and the team got it fixed right up. Very friendly and easy to work with. Top notch.
Part of our house flooded and West Coast Fire and Water did an incredible job getting it ready for repairs. Josh and his team were always on-time, professional, and polite. Josh went above and beyond; contacting the adjuster and the other contractors to make sure that repairs/assessments were moving forward as quickly as possible and being flexible with our schedule. I am a manager for Walkham Townhomes at the time of service. After the rain from the storm in beginning of 2023 we had two roofs leak causing damage to the insulation, drywall, carpet and carpet padding. We were reluctant to have such a great team and responsive me ever to coordinate the efforts to repair the damage and remove any trace of mold that may have began to build.
