“I can not rave enough about Cotati Large Animal Hospital. Everyone there goes above and beyond. Special shout out to Dr. Case & Dr. Kennicutt who without fail take the best care of my horses! I am so grateful to have such an amazing team to help my horses out.”
“I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kong, her medical assistant Carol, and the other staff members at Cotati Small Animal Hospital. Our 12-year-old dog arrived in serious condition, and, while there is no cure for his kidney failure, Dr. Kong came up with a treatment plan that is enabling him to enjoy life again for as long as he has left. His eyes are bright again; he has a little pep; she has helped bring him back from death's door. The folks there all treat our little guy with tenderness and treat us with compassion. Dr. Kong also helped us consider the costs of different treatment paths so we could decide what was right for us. Plus, she calls after hours, after long days treating patients, to give us updates when necessary.”
“My experience with La Plaza Veterinary Clinic has always been exceptional. From the dedicated care they have given my Toby to the incredible support they’ve provided every time I travel internationally with him, they have always gone above and beyond. They have helped me navigate all the bureaucracy and paperwork involved in international travel, and I’m incredibly grateful for their support.
Most recently, when I called to share the heartbreaking news that we had just discovered Toby has cancer, I was overwhelmed by the kindness and compassion I received—from the receptionist to the veterinarians. Everyone was so caring, supportive, and understanding during such a difficult time.
I cannot express how thankful I am to have a veterinary team that I can fully trust, especially during one of the hardest moments we’ve ever faced. Toby is so much more than a pet—he is family—and knowing that he is in the hands of people who genuinely care about him means the world to me.
I am truly grateful to the entire team at La Plaza Veterinary Clinic. ❤”
