She was available for questions, and really put me at ease every step of the way, as she detailed everything she was doing throughout the procedure. With confidence and master skills, she cut, shaped and styled. We still have a bit to "rework" as my hair continues to grow out the "disconnected haircut" from the previous stylist. “Courtney did my eyebrows. She listened to what I wanted in terms of shape and thickness. She gave me excellent advice about the best color for me as an older woman with gray hair. I’m glad I followed her advice. I got many compliments from friends who thought I had just miraculously learned how to use an eyebrow pencil. Nope. I just wake up with these great eyebrows every morning.
