The service tech arrived ahead of schedule and immediately proceeded to check out the furnace. His attitude was positive and friendly while maintaining a professional air about him.
The service tech arrived earlier than 'promised'. After an exchange of pleasantries he immediately got to work checking the furnace. Because of the age of the unit and no parts to repair it were available, a new unit had to be ordered. We were provided with several quotes and allowed to discuss what way to go and at no time was there any preswsure to make a decision, with the exception of living with a cold home if and until.
Responded very quickly when we called about a Heating issue. They identified the issue quickly, got the new parts, installed them without delay and everything is working great again! I highly recommend Next Day Air & Heating!
