The results were fabulous. Peter, however, went beyond our expectations when he responded to concerns that the rug was rippling across a new pad. He drove an hour to see for himself, pondered the problem, and decided it was the pad. Masi replaced it, and the problem vanished. We found Peter to be informative, engaging, and a man of his word.
