I had the dreaded clogged main sewer line. Two plumbing companies I had worked with before were booked and both recommended Roy’s Sewer Service and I am so glad they did. Kristin, the dispatch person asked me specific questions to determine whether one or two people were needed and then provided me with a four hour window of arrival. John arrived when she said he would, listened carefully to my description of the problem and skillfully resolved it within an hour… read full review

Our plumbing started backing up/moving slow one night. We assumed our tank was full and needed to be pumped (a first time for us). I got a referral to Roy's and called them first thing in the morning. After describing what happened the person on the phone agreed that was probably the case and would send their pump truck out. 2 men showed up in under an hour (I apologize but their names slipped my mind). They introduced themselves, exchanged a few words and started in checking the tank. They were kind, courteous, personable, and put us at ease pretty quickly. I had to leave to work but they went over everything with my wife and even helped her to take a look inside the… read full review
