“I cannot recommend Lice Free Clinics - Concord enough. After using another service that ultimately failed, the wonderful women at Lice Free Clinics were able to get me in immediately and took care of my family and me. They were lovely and positive and helped alleviate concerns I had. I called for another head check about a week and a half later because I felt my head was itchy - and they fit me in on a day when they were pretty fully booked. I hope I don't have to deal with lice again, but if I do, Luce and her team will be my first call. They are amazing at what they do, and they are lovely humans on top of the excellent service they provide.“

“My experience at SF Audiology in Walnut Creek was wonderful. I was caught in a traffic jam on my way over and they stayed open during lunch to accommodate me. They had the part that fixed my hearing device on hand, so the visit took only a few minutes. The problem that I did have was getting through to them. Having ONLY ONE phone line for 10 locations is crazy! There was no way to call Walnut Creek, or any other location, directly. I had to wait on hold a number of times to get through. This is nuts. I understand that they wish everyone to go online to solve problems but that is not always the efficient way to operate.“

“Dr. Brian D. Hopkins, MD is the Joe Montana of surgeons. I have stage IV bladder cancer and he performed excellently when he operated on me. When I had the same surgery six months ago it took me six weeks to recover. With Hopkins it took me two days and I feel like a new person. BASS can expect to win plenty of Super Bowl games since they drafted Hopkins at QB.“

“The reason is TOTALLY because of Debbie Hahn. She is knowledgeable in every single way. She listens, she is thorough when explaining in all I need to know. She is patient and the best optician my husband and I have ever been fortunate to work with. I had several different glasses (Computer Glass, Progressive Reading Glasses (2 styles) and a back up for each. Two different sunglasses - Progressive (and backups for each). She advised if a type of glasses I chose would not work and why. Each time I returned I asked specifically for her! So recommend to a friend? Absolutely! She is GREAT!“

“This place is so amazing. My dad is currently a patient here and he looks HEALTHY and HAPPY. Almost like he is in a resort. He made friends fast. He definitely didn't look happy and healthy at Memorial Hospital in Modesto or the VA hospital in Mathers. Both these hospitals didn't do anything for him. They just sent him home and did not fix his issues. Here at the VA hospital in Martinez , they care about their patients. This includes the nursing staff down to the housekeepers. They have a pool table, dining area for the patients and visitors. Plus we watched the football game while having lunch with my dad. Everyone here is amazing. Puts a big smile on my face and heart to see my dad happy.“
