“Wow, simply fantastic! After a solar company did some major damage to my roof and the side of my house I needed someone to come in and help fix it. I had my roofer redo most of the roof, but that still left the side of the house where the solar company decided to drill so they could connect to my subpanel (the plans stated it was to connect outside). Needless to say, this wasn't a big job, but Udi was super responsive and sent some guys over within a few days. These guys were quick and did some top rated work! I'm looking to do some additional work on my house in the near future and these will be the first guys that I call!“

“I have known Tito Gutierrez for 10 years because in my first real estatetransaction we needed a home inspector. what we found was that the home needed a new foundation and luckily tito is not only a great home inspector hi is also a license general contractor. he has help me so many times over the years and have also referred him to other agents. recently i was dismeyed to discover that my roof had a leak !! I did get Other quotes because anyone always benefits from multiple perspectibes. however tito was not only very reasonable priced, quick to responed and was able to make the repairs before the rain. if you need a contractor I recomend calling Tito Gutierrez.“

The work in the crawlspace looked difficult but was handled quickly and professionally. Only thing left to do is start saving on earthquake insurance (that's on me).“
