“So, I am fairly new to glasses. My first pair were progressives. They seemed to cause me more problems. Needless to say, I lost those and the second pair. It wasn't until being introduced to this kind, knowledgeable doctor that I understood why I needed TRIFOCALS!! You see, these can cause dizziness and headaches when adjusting to them. This was not explained to me. It is because of this that I continuously took them off. This is why I kept losing them. Dr. Dumalao explained what was going on with my eyesight and what the glasses were actually "doing". So, I am determined to wear them so that my vision can be as close to normal as it can be. It was a pleasure to actually understand and feel heard!!!“

The optometrist Dr. Teresa Wong) asked me about my current experience with my vision, glasses, etc. She listened very closely. During the exam itself, she was very detailed and thorough, more so than any other exam I have experienced in the past. She worked diligently to provide solutions for my evolving vision issues. She also encouraged me to ask questions along the way and answered them with patience, expertise, and professionalism. I was very impressed overall and told her so. A great experience. Thank you!“

“She was so kind as to move up my appointment when I was in an accident on my bicycle where I learned a new phrase "getting doored" and ended up with broken glasses. Although her schedule was packed, she was able to see me the next day and I think she ended up working over time to finish up since towards the end I'm pretty sure I heard her tummy growling so maybe it was past her dinner time? Julie is so kind and caring it was great to come back to her practice after over 10 years when I had moved out of the area.“

It was a tedious process, but the man did a phenomenal job and knows exactly what he's doing. I got a scleral shell and it couldn't have come out any better. It looks real!!! He was patient in listening to my concerns and able to ease my worries and reassure me that there is nothing else wrong with my eyes aside from being nearsighted and having astigmatism.
