“I damaged the hinge of my glasses while on vacation and stopped in to this shop hoping they could be repaired. Dr. Monetta gave it to me straight - if he tried to bend things back, it was possible the arm would snap, or that it would end up too loose, but he bet that he could fix it. I asked him to proceed, and he repaired them good as new, free of charge! I can see he is an expert hand, and that was very good service.“

“This is my second visit to his office at the Target store in Daly City. I have been very satisfied as he is very nice and professional, the office is spotless and well organized with lots of seemingly up to date diagnostic equipment. It's been very easy to get an appointment (same day) both times and I'm very satisfied.

The only down side is that he's very short when he speaks. He's very clear but doesn't encourage questions or discussion.

“Dr. Singh was phenomenally helpful at helping me correct my last prescription eye glasses from a different optometrist. She did the most thorough eye exam I have ever had in order to help me understand why my last glasses were giving me headaches. She is great at explaining the exam process and terminology, and was also lovely to chat with. The front office staff were also incredibly kind. I requested an appointment via the online request form on a Wednesday and was seen the following Friday. The office is very peaceful and clean with a decent selection of frames, mostly designer but a few smaller brands as well.“
