“I used my insurance to cover my newest prescription. I have great coverage, so the co-pay is low and I get all the bells and whistles. Then I decided I wanted to use different frames to have another style in my collection. Since I used the coverage for the first pair, I needed to find a place where I could pay the out of pocket cost without breaking the bank. I looked online, called several places, and found the cost to be too high. Then, luckily, I called Payless. Felix quoted half of what the other places would charge. I went there this afternoon. The service was great. No pressure, quick and easy. I have total confidence the glasses will be perfect. Can't wait until I get them back.“

Although her schedule was packed, she was able to see me the next day and I think she ended up working over time to finish up since towards the end I'm pretty sure I heard her tummy growling so maybe it was past her dinner time? Julie is so kind and caring it was great to come back to her practice after over 10 years when I had moved out of the area.“
