Jennifer has transformed my perception of weight training from something intimidating to an empowering journey, particularly with functional strength training. Her profound knowledge in fitness, coupled with her patient and empathetic approach, has not only built my confidence but also guided me towards achieving my fitness goals. Beyond workouts, her nutritional guidance has been invaluable, making a holistic difference in my life. Massage: I have had the pleasure of receiving massages from both Lorna and Bejon. Both are very professional and experts in their craft. As a runner and a cyclist, I appreciate a good massage as a part of my recovery and ongoing body maintenance routine. While they are different in styles, they will both get you back to feeling your best. Jennifer has done a great job of finding two excellent masseuse's. Lorna: While I am sure she could do any style of massage that is requested of her, I always request a deep tissue sports massage. Lorna provides an excellent massage and is able to get down deep into the tissue and get rid of any knots that are there. I always feel very relaxed and loose after the session. Lorna provides an excellent traditional deep tissue massage. Bejon: He is a running coach and is very familiar with the needs of athletes. He practices a unique no-pain style. His massage feels very much like a Swedish style relaxation massage, but when he finds a knot or spasm, he is able to get it to release in a very gentle way. I have had countless massages over the years and I have never experienced anything quite like it. If you don't like a traditional deep tissue massage and the soreness that occurs the next day or so, but need some therapy to help with your training, I would highly recommend Bejon.“

She has been my fitness motivator since 2013, when she worked at another local facility. “Life changing...let me explain: this is the first gym I've felt totally comfortable at, and in turn, want to return to. Darlene is the trainer and so so smart. She's more than a trainer. She knows how the body & muscles work and uses that knowledge to help heal & strengthen your body. I've never felt stronger! I went in with an injury in my back, and she was very specific about how I worked out & what I did so that I didn't hurt myself more and she helped my body build muscles in other areas to easy my back pain. I've never in my life left a review for a gym, but I had to with this one. It's inclusive and welcoming. I KNOW the gym can be intimidating, especially if you haven't been in awhile, but Darlene is so welcoming and she truly cares about your health. She's easy to talk to and knows her stuff! I've seen her training folks in their 60s & 70s as well as kids. I'm actually signing my 13yr old softball player up to train with Darlene this spring! Bottom line, if you're looking for a gym that doesn't give off typical gym vibes, that is inclusive, and run by a super smart woman that will help your body in ways you never knew, THIS IS THE PLACE!“
