I have been with Stephanie for about a year 1/2 and she is amazing!!! Her attitude gives me energy to push through! I enjoy her classes as she always modified for me if needed. Honestly she is the best trainer I have worked with!! Great location, small classes !
Perfect studio for my needs. Gets me going and keeps me on track. And fun! I've attended for more than a year. Not like one of those places where you show up twice and give up. Best choice@
