“Of Course! Heating & Cooling installed a new a/c unit today replacing a worn out 20 year old system. Prior to install spoke with owner/tech Angel, who was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, answered my questions, gave clear explanations re: the a/c issues, the remedies, and financial options. The install itself was awesome and efficiently done by tech, Mario and assistant. Also, I appreciated the prompt text response by Operations Mgr. Jake to a question I had. I was not only impressed by Of Course! Heating & Cooling outstanding customer service, but also its integrity and quality workmanship.”
“After a recent experience working with Cool Air Solutions to get our AC problem taken care of, we have no hesitation to give them a 5 star and A+ rating. They have the best customer services; their team is caring, patient and professional. Nolan helped us to work out a plan that best met our needs. Josh and Reynen did an excellent job replacing our old system with a new one. They tested the functions to make sure everything worked the way they should and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. It was a very hot day and they worked long hours, but they were still very patient with all our questions and explained everything clearly to us. We are extremely happy working with Cool Air Solutions and will definitely go to them again with our AC need in the future.”
