This is the company to call if you want someone who is knowledgeable. We've had Mike come out for two of our AC units. We had been told our system was shot and that we needed a new one by a different company so we were stunned when Mike from Lotshaw took a look at it and said it was a simple repair. That system has been running like a clock since then. Last week our casita AC system went out. Mike came out, and once again, had the problem handled well under an hour. Could not be happier!
