“I've used Inland Valley several times now, and I've always been impressed by their professionalism and integrity. As with any industry where you can end up shelling out big bucks, you want to feel like you're not getting taken advantage of. Most recently we needed to get our A/C replaced. Tim astonishingly remembered my name from his previous two visits to my house, which had been a couple of years before just by me telling him what he had previously done. Anyway, he was able to get us an appointment quickly to have a look at our unit. We were prepared to replace the A/C unit and the furnace from the initial inspection by another member of his team. He was ready to install more quickly than we were actually ready, even in the dead of this sweltering summer's heat, and I'm sure, his busy schedule. He called me up to tell me that our furnace was actually fine and its lifespan had quite a few years left on it, meaning that we saved around $3000. That's the hallmark of a company with integrity right there! He could have kept that information to himself and we wouldn't have been the wiser. This just further cemented in my mind that we'll never use anyone else, and I recommend them without hesitation to anyone who wants an honest company who responds quickly, shows up when they say, and gets the job done with integrity.
