They offer HVAC repair, heater repair, AC repair, and new installations. The team installed a whole house fan and a new air conditioner system. Customers were very happy with the HVAC system installation, which included the condenser, furnace, coil, and ducts. They completed everything in just 8 hours including cleanup. The professional manner of their work was praised. Brian is always honest and hardworking. They are friendly, professional, courteous, reliable, and knowledgeable. They replaced crumbling ducting, serviced the unit, and replaced all registers. They cleaned up before they left. However, one customer was disappointed with customer skills after installation. It took a while for him to answer, and he did not come on the scheduled day. He finally came and fixed it but did not return to add coolant. The cold air is starting to slow down again. The customer feels they have to chase him down. The installation was excellent, but the follow-up service was an issue.
I was very happy with the HVAC system Bryan Cantos team installed in our house. It included the condenser, the furness, the coil and replacing and rerouting the ducts. The whole A/C unit. After just 8 hours, they completed everything including cleanup. I was very pleased with the professional manner with how they worked. I was happy with our air conditioning unit as our house gets cold especially in areas like the second floor.
Hello this company installed a new air conditioner system on your house back in December, with the heat hitting us, we turn on our air for the first time. The cold air was not coming out it was super slow so I called him, emailed him and it took a while until he answered. He said he would come a certain day. He didn’t. I reached out again and finally he came and fixed it, and said he would be back to add coolant but he has not come back. I feel a little disappointed with their customer skills after the installation. It’s starting to slow down again out cold air.
Seems like I have to chase him down to get him to come back. It has not even 6 months so I just hope...read full review
Friendly, professional, curtious, reliable and knowledgeable service. Our air conditioner was not efficient. Some rooms were getting no air and others little air. The unit would hardly turn off. They replaced our crumbling ducting, serviced our unit, and replaced all of our registers and they cleaned up before they left.I can't say enough. We are so happy with the work they did. I highly recommend them.
