Josh is the best, I had 3 different Techs all sent by the warranty company and still had HVAC issues. I finally called Chill Out on my own and they came the next day. They showed me how the previous techs basically ghetto rigged my furnace and then fixed all issues. They even gave our dog a treat. Thank You Josh and Dylan for the outstanding job and thank you for serving our country!

My AC unit was clogged and leaking pretty heavily through a ceiling light from my crawl space. I had tried to self diagnose and repair but hit a roadblock. A friend gave me Josh’s number and I called him to schedule a consultation for repair. He was tied up that day but gave me a suggestion for troubleshooting (even texted me a few pictures) and said to call him back if they didn’t work and he’d try to get out as soon as he was able. His suggestion worked and the issue was resolved. Josh cared about my situation and the urgency. I appreciate his assistance and professionalism and will continue to refer him to friends, family and our community.
