Very grateful to have The Good Guys A/C help me today. I have window AC units in my apartment that recently stopped working. All of my requests for help were met with rejection from other buisnesses in town. I called The Good Guys. They made an appointment for me today and really impressed me going the extra mile where others have not wanted to. They took the time to assess my problem and give me an honest resolution on how to get my home cool again. Will always suggest calling The Good Guys for your AC needs, why take a chance with anyone else?

Argh! AC goes out in the first few days of summer heat. I'm thinking it's going to be days without AC. However, I called at 3pm and they were here the next morning! Austin was great. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He checked out the system, repaired the problem, then he gave the system a once over. He explained the numbers and processes thoroughly.Only one night without AC! Thank you
