I must say, as a woman I am always leery of being taken advantage of by professionals. I searched google for the best a/c servicer and came across MSP. They had lots of great reviews so I called. MSP is the real deal! Donald was very nice over the phone with excellent customer service and he sent someone out the same day. That someone was Brandon D. Brandon was great! He explained everything thoroughly and he was very patient. He even explained everything a second time with my husband when he called home from work. Kevin did an awesome job with my HVAC maintenance and inspection! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything — what he was doing, why it mattered, and even gave me tips on how to take better care of my system. No upselling pressure, just honest recommendation, advice and great conversation. You’ll know you’ve got the right guy when you see the tattoos and beard — definitely requesting Kevin for all future visits! If a coild give more stars, I would.
