“I called Joel about a heater he had for sale on OfferUp. I told him about the issues I was having with my heater. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to give me a helpful tip. He told me to take the bottom bolt of the manifold off and if it didn't leak most likely it wasn't my heat exchanger that was bad and still worth fixing. I was able to fix my heater by replacing the fenwal and stripping a few wires and replacing the connectors. He could have easily told me what other technicians were telling me to just make a sale for a new heater. I would not hesitate to use his services if needed in the future.“

“We had a number of things we needed: new kitchen fawcett, repair two showers which were not working, and put in 3 new toilets. Everything was done in a timely manner, no mess, just great. What knocked their service out of the park though was that the one shower enclosure was entirely expensive tile and the shower head pipe had broken off behind the wall. Adding to the difficulty was that this was an outside wall so we were facing either ripping into the house outside composite siding, or doing a massive job on the inside of the shower with new tile, etc. We had previously had at least 2 other plumbers look at this situation, and their prognosis was always dire. Then comes Darrel from Family Plumbing, and he was able to repair the entire situation in perhaps 15 minutes no doubt saving me at least a couple thousand dollars! I couldn't believe it. We have used Family Plumbing several times in the past and have always been very happy with the end result. And prices are reasonable too.“
