Great company. Repairman (Eric) was here during the time period as scheduled. Found the problem and made the necessary repairs with in 45 minutes.
The price was reasonable.

Ethan from polar express was great kept me in the loop of what was going on with my AC system and what he was doing and what he was seeing showing me pictures and explaining everything he was seeing and doing. Couldn't been more happier with my experience with Ethan and Polar Express.
