I had Downs plumbing replace my water heater a few months ago and I very impressed with they’re professionalism!
Today I needed my shower drain unclogged and tried to go through my appliance insurance and like b4 with my water heater they fell short on getting a response from 2 different plumber service companies they referred to me. So I called up Pete and he was at my house within a half hour. He took care of my issues and was happy to answer all my questions. Pete is very personable and professional with reasonable rates .
Thank you once again Pete for doing such a great job! Highly recommend Downs Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Great costumer service. Pete is a knowledgeable individual that makes you feel at ease. Very professional and friendly.
My family and I recently had Pete from Downs Plumbing come out to inspect our toilets for possible water leaks, and we were very impressed with his service. Pete quickly identified the problems and took the time to explain everything clearly. He provided what I believe was a fair and honest quote, and throughout the entire visit he was professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and never made us feel pressured.
Because of our positive experience, we have already recommended Pete to several friends who live in the areas he services. We have complete confidence that Downs Plumbing will be the company we continue to call for all of our future plumbing needs. If you are looking… read full review
