“I had my AC system tune-up and the next day my home was hotter than before I ever called them for service. Not sure what they actually tuned up. I'm was totally disappointed because I have used 5-star plumbing multiple times for other services. They have always been exceptional. Needless to say by the 3rd day the heat in my home was unbearable and I contacted 5 Star Plumbing to request another service call. They representative was more than happy to get someone out immediately. I did not have an appointment, however within 2 hours they arranged for a technician to come out and investigate the problem. The issue was resolved and I am on cloud nine. Thank you 5 Star Plumbing for correcting the issue. This was the excellent and efficient customer service I am accustomed to from this company! You guys and truly 5 Star!”
