Encore Builders - Outdoor Living
“Brandon and Oz and their team are amazing! Everything about our experience was high quality, from the work itself to the communication along the way.
The pipes for our pool were super old, so we needed to get them replaced to minimize leaks. As part of that, the pool was also re-plastered, with new drainage added, and we got new waterline tiles and coping. We also had the concrete around the pool redone with new pavers and added more drainage there as well.
Encore clearly care so much about delivering a great experience and result. They checked in regularly and really made sure that everything went perfectly every step of the way. Brandon was so helpful in giving us advice about things we didn't consider for proactively guarding against flooding issues, and worked with us to find all kinds of options for materials for our exact needs.
Their crew also always showed up on time and consistently did extremely high quality work.
We couldn't ask for a better experience, and we absolutely plan to use them again for anything else we need!”
