“Alec is, first and foremost, a genuinely caring person. From the very beginning, he took the time to really listen to what we wanted, and he consistently went above and beyond by identifying issues and presenting thoughtful solutions before I even thought to ask.

This was my first home renovation experience, and there were so many things I simply did not know to consider. Alec actively guided me through decisions and suggested better ways of doing things based on experience, not upselling. His pricing was reasonable, and he even made a few improvements that were outside the original scope just because he cared about the final result being done right.

Because I live over an hour away from the house, I had to rely heavily on Alec to orchestrate everything and keep the project moving. I was only able to visit about once a week, but the progress Alec and his crew made each week was so consistent that I felt comfortable being more hands-off and focusing on my job.

Communication was another huge highlight. I have heard plenty of contractor horror stories, but Alec was the complete opposite. He communicated clearly and proactively, and he was passionate about educating me on important things a homeowner should know, including existing electrical and plumbing conditions and other details that could have easily been overlooked.

Most importantly, Alec is compassionate. Once he learned this was our first house and our first renovation, he genuinely wanted to make sure we ended up with a beautiful home, and he absolutely delivered.
