“This company is so professional, thorough & easy to work with! Alec the general contractor not only does the estimate, but arrives on the job to oversee & work along side his staff, so there is no disconnect between the estimate's notes & the actual job. He's respectful, a good listener & answers all questions. Ours was a serious water damaged wall that settled into a storage closet which was a 3 day job. They showed up on time & set up the plastic sheet "walled" perimeters to mitigate dust/debris. Finished job on time & cleaned up well. We'll be calling upon him again for another upcoming plumbing job. So pleased to find a team as good as Glamour!“

“When we decided to remodel our late 50's 6bed/2ba into an updated 5bed/3ba, we knew we needed to partner with a group who could handle the scale & entire process from design through finishes. We were extremely satisfied with our whole house remodel, Eli, and his team.There was no attempt to increase the scale of the project beyond our limits or request (which we heard a lot of in consultations with other vendors). After an exhaustive design process with Pure's in-house designers we felt confident going into demolition & construction with a plan that aligned with our budget. The design (process, visuals, end product) was excellent and the renderings match the end product. We were especially happy with the guidance Pure provided when choosing materials and coordinating with local vendors. As for construction, Pure ran a clean site and were very professional. We received daily photo, updates, and video showing the progress on our house. Communication was always fast & responsive. The construction finished on-budget and slightly ahead of schedule! The quality of work provided and the dedication to ensuring that everything was done not just correctly but to our satisfaction was exceptional. We have been in our house for a few months now and couldn’t be happier. We had never taken on a risky, personal project this large before. “I highly recommend working with Malibu's Maid to Order. I spoke with Marybeth asking for a deep cleaning because I was moving out of my apartment after 10 yrs. She sent 2 ladies for 3 hours for satisfactory price. They were on time, brought their own supplies and went above and beyond. You can imagine after living in my one-bedroom for 10 yrs, a deep cleaning was needed. I'm grateful for their hard work. With their help, I was able to get my deposit back...that was the bonus! After interviewing several contractors we chose ERG because Liav listened to what we wanted, was clear about cost, and didn't pressure us to make a rushed decision.The work was done well and when there were the inevitable hiccups, Liav and his team were very responsive and resolved every issue.
