Many projects are completed on time, under budget, and to the clients' satisfaction. Recent reviews highlight the company's exceptional work, especially in kitchen remodels. Arik's team worked on a full kitchen remodel and layout flip, moving the sink to face the backyard and removing flanking columns to open up a direct path to the dining room. They also added a large island with bar seating and new task lighting. Ron and Arik recommended a full rework of traffic paths, moving the fridge to a recessed cabinet wall and eliminating the peninsula to open the room. They rebuilt the island with a prep sink and trash pull-out, adding LED lighting and new flooring. Ron at Progressive Builders designed a full back extension with vaulted ceilings for a game room and lounge, reinforcing the slab and framing it with LVL beams for support. Electrical work was clean, and lighting placement was perfect. The team accommodated change orders and finished ahead of schedule, delivering a final product that surpassed expectations. Overall, Progressive Builders is known for creating stunning spaces, providing top-notch craftsmanship, and delivering excellent service.
Instead of replacing one thing at a time, we decided to do the bathroom remodel properly in one project. That choice saved us from having to redo the work later.
The old tub was removed and replaced with a walk-in shower. More storage space was added beside the vanity, and the room was opened up by moving a dividing wall. We also upgraded the floor base before installing the new tile.
Everything works together much better than before. The bathroom is more useful, and it no longer feels like an outdated part of the home.
Built a full ADU with them last month. Framing, foundation, HVAC, and plumbing were all done right. They kept everything on schedule. No shortcuts. The finish came out clean with a tight layout and solid kitchen. The city passed it on the first inspection.
A lot of custom homes look impressive at first, but feel impractical once you move in. That was something we wanted to avoid completely. Our new home construction came out to roughly 8,800 sq. ft. with 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a large downstairs entertainment area connected to the backyard. During planning, the layout was revised several times to improve storage and reduce wasted hallway space. We also appreciated how smoothly the inspections and permit scheduling were handled because construction stayed on pace from beginning to end. The kitchen, dining area, and outdoor patio now connect naturally, making the home comfortable for both everyday use and larger gatherings.
