“Started seeing Dr.Bravo around 6-7 months pregnant with HORRIBLE debilitating lower back pain. I had been seeing another chiropractor since before my pregnancy but he just wasn't getting where I needed him to. If it wasn't for Dr.Bravo, I don't think I would have survived the pregnancy(clearly exaggerating here). She helped my pain so much. Obviously it was still there because of the relaxin hormone produced during pregnancy but it improved so much after my treatments.I always have my rambunctious 2yr old with me & everyone is so nice to him. All the staff is amazing. He says, "yay I get to see my friends" when I tell him we're going to the Dino doctor. He calls her the Dino doctor because he enjoys the dinosaur books in the waiting area. They have books & toys for the kids to enjoy. One day we came in and they had a stuff dinosaur waiting for him in the room.I am currently 8 weeks postpartum and continuing my treatments with Dr.Bravo. I still have occasional discomfort from the strain of baby holding & relaxin still produced during breastfeeding but I am feeling better every visit. I even convinced my husband to let me get the kids adjusted. I saw a difference with my newborn after the first adjustment. I'm not very good at routine & sticking to the exercises she recommended for my daughter's mouth tightness & tie but when I do them, I can see they help with latching and mobility.110% recommend Dr.Bravo!“

“When I was a little girl (about four years old), I did a front flip into a bathtub and broke my right collarbone. Fortunately, I went to Dr. Chen and she made sure I was ok. My shoulder is still a little crooked to this day, but to be honest, it would have been much worse if I hadn't gone to her. Definitely recommend her if you've got a rowdy-a** kid like I was“

“From the minute I drove into the parking lot, I was impressed. Too often you have to arrive 30-40 minute earlier than your kids appointment to find parking...not here. As soon as you walk in, the bright "cheery" atmosphere puts kids at ease. The food lost upstairs and my entire experience was warm and pleasant.“

“I have been seeing Juvvadi for the past 12 years for both my kids. We have been really happy with her care. She gives valuable tips on proactive health and not too aggressive about prescribing medication. She is also supportive of the alternate medicine i wanted to try. Overall someone you can trust.“

“We were referred to this location to for an ENT appointment for our nearly 2 week old baby girl. After checking in, we waited less than 10 minutes before we were seen. The ENT doctor who assessed our daughter was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful for our specific issue. We felt comfortable with his analysis and he gave us clear instructions on how to reach back out should we change our minds about treatment or have further questions. This gave us peace of mind and we felt very content with our visit.“

“We are lucky to have found Dr. Stein, who has been our baby's pediatrician since the day she was born. Our baby had a mild case of jaundice, and Dr. Stein was extremely diligent about testing, monitoring her progress, and providing solutions. This included giving us tons of baby formula bottles to take home while my milk was coming in to flush the bilirubin out of her body, and this greatly reduced the stress and pressure on me. Dr. Stein sent emails late at night just to give us immediate updates on her progress, which as new worrywart parents we really appreciated. A few weeks later our daughter had a severe diaper rash, which Dr. Stein prescribed medicine for. Furthermore, she took the initiative to request a follow up appointment to ensure my daughter healed properly, which surprised me given how busy she must be. We were impressed our daughter received such great, personalized care. More recently our daughter had an allergic reaction to a skin test at the office. Dr. Stein provided some cream and worked together to come up with a new plan to address the allergies. Again, she followed up with a phone call late in the evening to check on my daughter's progress. Again, we were impressed by the doctor's attention to our daughter's health. One downside of a small private doctor as opposed to a large medical company is that our daughter never received access to the RSV vaccine, which there was a nationwide shortage for. However, this is not our pediatrician's fault, and the care we receive on a regular basis more than makes up for it. Thank you Dr. Stein!“

“This review is about Dr. Panchal and her team.First of all, my children have been going to Dr. Panchal ever since they were little, around 4 and 3 years old. Now they are 19 and 16 and are still with this primary care doctor. Dr. Panchal is the best primary care doctor on staff and is always courteous and pays careful attention to your child's needs. She listens intently to the situation and provides the best care. I appreciate her approach to seeking out the best solution for my children's healthcare needs. The team of doctors and nurses at this location has always served patients well.“

“I have spent the last 3 weeks-- that's 15 business days-- trying to find a primary care provider. Previously, I had waited 8 months for an appointment, and 1.5 years to get a referral for behavioral health. They never came. That's insane. I switched providers. The first PCP they offered me was 55+ mins away.I get about 15 hours off a week and it's never more than 4 hours at a time. That's not do-able logistically. The appt was another 6 months out.Since then I have called over 64 different doctors. SIXTY FOUR.Called Anthem well over 15 times in 3 days trying to find someone, anyone, who could provide care in under a 4 month wait ( FOUR MONTHS) that wasn't over 50 mins away. Today alone:I went to 3 different walk-in community health centers, to Quest Labs to try to pay out of pocket, and did a telehealth appointment all trying to get a referral to an endocrinologist-- I have thyroid issues that are going BANANAS post-covid- and hopefully get a referral to a lab which didn't work when I went back to Quest. For some reason they say on the recorded message when you call that you don't need to make sure your referral went through, that they can call the Dr's office while you are there to get one. They apparently can do NO such thing.Everyone LOVES to tell me to "just call the number on your card" like im some effing moron who can't chew and walk. Oh I'd love to call the primary they put ON MY CARD however he hasn't accepted Anthem since 2019 and even if he did, he hasn't taken a new patient in over 2 years. Rinse and repeat 64 more times but "Just call ANTHEM" I'm already out of spoons. I'm a full-time, very isolated caretaker for my gma with severe dementia so finding the time/energy to do this is already hard mode. While I'm over here trying to be as empathetic as possible taking into consideration THE SITUATION of today; overworked/mistreated/burnt tf out all medical + support staff are these days, it STILL should NOT have been this hard to get basic medical care (without emergency services cuz it's not an emergency) Anthem eventually told me to go to ER when they were on a few calls WITH me to try to find someone who had openings. That's on you, AMERICA. In tears, I actually had gone to the ER this AM to see if they had a lab where I could pay out of pocket/out of network or any urgent care affiliated with them (but not clog up the ER). Or if I could be back by 2pm, maybe I'd just wait in the ER and do it that way since it was a guarantee to be seen/bloodworked.Apparently tears are an unhealthy display of emotion as I was told I'd be admitted to the mental health department (NOT ER) and if there was anyone who I could call to let know... !?!?!?! Bro, I'm crying, not sobbing wildly nor behaving erratically. It's ok to cry, guys. OK SO, off to the parking lot to call Anthem 3 more times Try Planned Parenthood for Primary care. Ravenswood. Urgent care (do you have a lab? can you do referrals?)I finally just started calling places around via MAPS to see if they took Anthem.I landed on Valley Health, who was one PCP that didn't have openings in the next 6+ months. It was just down the street so I decided to go to see what I could do. When I walked in, it was very calm and clean.I waited for all of 30 seconds until someone beckoned me.I'm still crying even though I tried to get my s*** together before going inside.Trying REAL hard to not look craycray.I explained my situation and showed all the doctors on my lists I had attempted to get care from. All the weird BS I had to wade through and all the various psychotic senseless insurance issues.I was met with nothing but compassion and understanding. This lovely human told me. Straight up."I hear you. I see you. We're going to get you help. Today." :OThey did a few breaths with me.Handed me tissues.Spoke softly, explained things clearly.Ok, you freaking amazing person made of pure solid gold. Obviously I'm sobbing silently now but fo“
