They provide convenient lab services in four counties in Northern California through the Palo Alto Medical Foundation. The staff is friendly and patient, and they go the extra mile to make the experience comfortable for patients.
My experience here is great, parking is easy to find, not overly crowded, I came 15 min earlier than my appointment time and didn't wait too long.
The staff here are also very nice, the man at the front desk was efficient and helpful, the person who drew my blood (his name is Matthew I think) was also very warm and patient and have great technique. Overall very smooth experience.
Came for a PET scan (first time) and was a bit nervous naturally. My nurse and technician Cindy was so wonderful. It’s a nice clean and new feeling facility and the process felt more relaxing than expected. There was no long waiting or lulls, just got in and got it done. Thank you for your wonderful care.
Really friendly staff. I went for my glucose test today. The lab practitioner Dipika Patel was very patient in finding the correct vein and explained the process properly to me. My veins typically collapse during blood draws. She gave me the heat warmers to prevent this from happening.I'd recommend going here for your lab tests.
