I needed a physical exam form (for study in China)which had a series of X-rays, blood tests and a few other things that would have been difficult to obtain from a single facility, fortunately, I was able to find this office which handles these types of things repeatedly. I was glad to be able to just go to one place and they knew what they were doing and handled the whole series of testing (referred me to labs, radiological lab as well).
