It is a very long wait to become an established patient but it is definitely worth it. I love the attention they have towards my 3 month old. They answer all of my questions and explain everything very throughly.
Had to wait over an hour to drop off pre-collected urine sample. Most of the labs it is a straight drop off in a window. They could have given sticker with the collection box initially and could have had a dedicated place to drop off.
My child has been a patient here for 2 years or so, I have nothing but great things to say about this place especially regarding Dr. Kennedy, he is by far the most helpful, caring, and supportive Doctor ever, my child always feels safe, and brave to go to the doctors because Dr. Kennedy is always so welcoming, uplifting and kind, I would recommend anyone to see Dr. Kennedy in urology. There is also an open seating/waiting area where my child enjoys to read a book or color, as we patiently wait for our appointment. Thank you Dr. Kennedy and Stanford, for all you have done for our family!
