“I've been riding on and off since I was a very young girl. Had two horses if my own. I rode by instinct. I wanted to learn how to ride with some skill and ability to communicate with horses. My friend introduced me to Robert and his wonderful staff.
I am starting at the very basics and am amazed how much I am learning and improving over time. I am 70 years old and having a great time. Robert is great. Patient but clearly I charge so that I feel like I am learning each time I ride. I love coming to the ranch even when I don't ride.“

“Went in for some advice for my 10 month old white faced cockatiel, Betty was very informative and welcoming and complimented the state of my bird which I thought that was very comforting considering I'm a first time bird owner they have a wide variety of different bird toys, good sturdy perches with natural wood, bird cages, and types of birds to choose from, all the birds seemed tame, not too loud, un-clipped, clean, well fed, happy and well taken care of I will definitely be going there In the future for any of my bird needs“

“So yes, i do miss Golden spoon with their train themes and actual plastic golden spoons. But the woman informed me its the same exact yogurt & they pile it high all the same! Definitely hard to find considering google maps didn't know their name has changed but I will be back for more! their flavors taste so good. Peanut butter and pistachio are a must!“

“I am always worried about my dog being in a new place, he is especially skittish around new people. When I first brought him to Fay's, he literally hid between my legs! Fay has an area just for her furry guests which was something our previous boarders did not have. You could tell just by talking to her that she truly loves what she's doing. She gave updates with pictures & videos throughout the day! Since that first drop off (he stayed 5 days), I have dropped him off for daycare & he stayed another 4 days, he is happy to arrive at her house! He just loves it! So different from that first drop off! He already has a favorite toy & has made friends! I can't say enough about her! So happy to have found her, wish we had found her sooner! “I can't overstate this -- Laura changed my life. The first year of Cooper's life (the pre-Laura era) was extremely challenging. He would bark non-stop, had horrible separation anxiety, and was all around unruly. He has such a sweet heart, but I didn't know what to do with him. I had 3 other trainers, and while he made progress, we were still in a real bind -- I couldn't leave him at home because he would bark non-stop (which broke my heart and wasn't fair to the neighbors), and I also couldn't bring him with me anywhere because he was really disruptive. In just 6 sessions, Laura completely transformed our relationships. I can now leave the house without him losing it -- but even better, I can now bring him with me places as a well behaved companion. Laura really taught me how to communicate with him, and how my lack of discipline wasn't actually being sweet to him, it was confusing him. All that to say, 10 out of 10, Laura is godsend, and I couldn't recommend her more highly.“

“We had to evacuate this week due to the Mountain Fire and I needed to find a kennel innediately. Rebecca assured me that our dog would be well looked-after. I dropped her off that afternoon and they lived up to my expectations. They hand-fed her, walked her and groomed her (at my request) and texted me to let me know how she was doing. “My pup, Sadie Juliana, absolutely loves going to Simi Valley Pet Resort! The staff is incredibly kind and attentive—she gets so excited with full-body wiggles and happy head shakes whenever she sees them. I know she’s in great hands. “I began taking dressage lessons with Brittany several weeks ago. I've ridden my entire life, but haven't done much the last several years. Brittany's facility is quite nice, very clean and the horses are all very well cared for. These were all reasons I chose Breezy Meadows. Brittany is very kind and knowledgeable, not to mention very patient in easing an adult back into proper form. I would recommend this barn to others seeking to learn how to ride or continue to ride. Although, I only ride English, she offers other disciplines, as well.“

“Great little place! They treat my old pet very well, she is 16! They take in the old pets early to ease them from stress, my girl is in and out and always looks beautiful with her little bows. My younger pet goes there too and loves it.“

“I've visited Pet Lover’s Resort three times, although never with my own dog. On the first occasion, I brought my sister’s dog, and on the subsequent visits, I took my cousin’s dog. The service was excellent on the first and second visits, and the pricing was reasonable. During the second visit, I requested grooming and a curtain trim for my cousin’s dog, which was done well for around $60.

However, my experience on the third visit was different. I requested only a basic grooming service—just a wash and blow dry, without any additional services like haircuts, teeth brushing, or nail trims. They initially quoted $90 for this, which seemed unreasonable, given that I had paid less for more services previously. After discussing the pricing with the owner, she agreed to lower it to $65. Later, I received a call from the front desk stating the charge would be $60, which I accepted. However, upon arrival, I was informed the fee was $65, as initially discussed. The inconsistency and lack of clear communication were frustrating, as it wasn’t about the extra five dollars, but rather the principle of the situation. Additionally, after the third visit, I noticed that my cousin's dog did not smell like anything at all, which was disappointing. This added to my annoyance, as I expected at least a pleasant scent after grooming.“

“I took my rottweiler Vulkan to Topanga pet resort , and the results were fantastic! The trainers are skilled, patient, and really understand the breed. They tailored the training to my dog's needs, and I noticed a huge improvement in his behavior. The staff is friendly, and the facility is clean and safe.“

“I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at this clinic! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an adorable cat named Sherlock at the reception. He has an incredibly calming effect on all the animals that come into the clinic. Not only does Sherlock bring a sense of comfort, but the staff and the vet, Dr. Vlad P., provide top-notch care, making both pets and their owners feel welcome and well looked after.

A special thank you to Dr. Vlad for his friendly and compassionate approach to animals. Let’s be honest—my dog has a difficult personality, and visiting the vet has always been a stressful experience. But to my surprise, I got back a calm and healthy Maltese after a complex dental cleaning and extraction procedure. Dr. Vlad guided us through each step, thoroughly explaining the necessity of the procedures and how they would be performed. He kept me informed about my dog's condition at every stage, which helped ease my own stress as well.

I highly recommend this clinic not only for the welcoming atmosphere they've created for animals, but also for their well-selected staff.
