We were customers of the palisades location until moving to central LA a couple years ago and had generally good experiences. Since then, we have come back to the Malibu location three times with an emergency/ in need of services our new vet does not offer (x rays and ultrasounds). This visit, we brought our dog in to investigate frequent urination issues. We saw Dr Jonah and can’t recommend him enough. He was very empathetic to the difficulty we have been experiencing and was patient and thorough when talking through options. We are still trying to figure out what is going on with our dog but feel great about having dr Jonah continue to help us investigate.

This is one of the best veterinary hospitals you’ll find anywhere. They staff is great and always great service. They saved my dogs life in an emergency, can’t thank them enough.

I adopted a 4-month-old rescue and her shots were a little screwed up. A friend recommended a vet in SM, but I wasn't 100% happy. I can't remember how we found Dr. Dean and the incredible staff at Malibu Coast when she came down with kennel cough, but I am thrilled that we did. This group is top, top—from appointment-making, to the welcome I got at the front desk, to the sleuthing they had to do to untangle her vax-history (and rectify it), to the care she got. As someone who works a lot, the weekend hours are such a blessing and the system they have set up for walk-in vaccinations is super convenient. My little one is in the best hands. Highly recommend.
