Westborough Pet Hospital is a reputable veterinary clinic with a dedicated team that truly cares for pets. Dr. Grewal, a compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian, provides exceptional care and explains everything clearly. The staff is respectful, caring, and goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being of pets. Many pet owners trust this doctor with complete confidence, knowing he will have their pets' best interests in mind. The positive atmosphere makes all the animals feel relaxed and not stressed during visits.
While some reviews express disappointment about not being able to take in new clients, it is important to understand that staffing shortages and high patient-to-staff ratios can affect availability. Dr. G has a history of providing quality care, even offering free services when needed. The clinic's reasonable prices and personalized attention make it a popular choice among pet owners. The space may be compact, but it is warm and functional, ensuring comfort for both pets and their owners.
Dr. Grewal has been the best we could have asked for in the 15 or so years we’ve trusted him with our family pets. We are so grateful and wish that everyone could be treated with the same gentleness and care that we received during our Blinkys health emergencies and beyond.
Truly, this is a team of exceptional and wonderful people. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. ❤

You can immediately feel that he puts the well-being of your pet first, not money or unnecessary treatments. It’s so rare to find a vet you can fully trust, and Dr. Grewal is exactly that. I’m beyond grateful to have found him and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and ethical vet.
We’ve been bringing our pets to Dr. Grewal and the team at Westborough Pet Hospital for many years with 7 dogs (3 current) and countless visits and emergency. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with their care. Dr. Grewal is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly takes the time to explain everything in detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the animals and their families.
From routine checkups to the harder visits, he and his staff have always treated our dogs with kindness and patience. The clinic is well-run, clean, and welcoming. It really feels like part of our extended family.
