2625 Middlefield Rd Ste 290, Palo Alto“Saying goodbye to our 16-year-old calico cat, Raisin, was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do, but Dr. Winnick from Peaceful Pathway made the experience as peaceful and comforting as it possibly could have been.
She was incredibly responsive to my texts and was able to make an appointment the very same day. She arrived right on time and immediately brought such a calm, gentle presence into our home. She was soft-spoken, kind, patient, and treated Raisin with so much love and dignity throughout the entire process.
One detail that touched us deeply was that she brought Raisin a treat before everything began, which felt so thoughtful and compassionate. Afterward, she carefully wrapped her in a beautiful warm fuzzy blanket to take her away, and knowing Raisin was being cared for so tenderly brought us so much comfort during such a heartbreaking moment.
Dr. Winnick handled this incredibly difficult experience with such grace, empathy, and professionalism. I truly cannot recommend her and Peaceful Pathway enough to anyone who may need these services for a beloved pet. We are so grateful for the care and kindness she showed our sweet Raisin and our family.“

Veterinary Clinic, 1036 W El Camino Real, Sunnyvale“I brought my 2-year old Persian cat to this place for stenotic nare surgery (his nose job I've been calling it). Not only is this one of the few places in the Bay Area that offer a cost-effective stenotic nare surgery (it was ~$2.5k and for the record VCA quoted me >$5k) but they did SUCH an excellent job and took care of my cat so well. AND HE BREATHES SO GOOD NOW! They gave me a variety of medication to bring home (pain relievers, anti-inflammatory meds, and antibiotics) that was included in the cost and they even called after to check up on the cat. I honestly would recommend this hospital to everyone needing the same surgery done on their cat. Mr Grumpy is doing great after the surgery, recovering well, and breathing so good.
I'm just blown away how good the surgery looks, I thought my cat's face would look mangled or gross but I keep looking and it's like I can't tell he even got surgery.“

15 37th Ave, San Mateo“They're incredibly amazing. It's hard for me to express it in a review (I rarely ever write reviews), but I'll try my best.
1. They're incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. One very recent example was when they caught the early kidney disease in my cat! She didn't have any signs/symptoms, but her bloodwork showed otherwise. We (me and my cat) are so grateful to the doctor and the staff for all their help with her diagnosis.
2. The pricing is fair unlike other vets in the area. Before becoming a patient here, I took my cats to a different vet. There, the doctor made it pretty clear that he only cared about money. He would charge A LOT and also try to sell you on unnecessary procedures (e.g. use of anesthesia to just draw blood or get a urine sample). Here, they go over all treatment options and pricing with you and they don't recommend things unless they think it's necessary.
3. They actually care about the pets! Just seeing how they interact and handle all of the pets (either my own pets or the pets in the waiting room) makes it clear that everyone there loves working with them. I've been at a few vets where dr/staff interactions were just transactional and cold. Being warm and kind definitely brings a level of comfort to everyone (pets + pet parents) and helps to ease an already stressful situation (the vet visit).“

He has been looking after our pets for quite some time now, and continues to amaze us with his skills. I have a pretty big pack at home, and they all are patients at this clinic. My kitten had a recent surgery with Dr. Sutter to have his injured eye removed. I felt very at ease knowing my little guy was in the best hands. I have another adult cat that has been Dr. Sutters patient for quite some time, and he always provides great care and recommendations during annual visits. Our two dogs also are quite nervous around people, but they absolutely love Dr. Sutter and his technicians. They are so loving and gentle to them, truly treating them as if they were their own pets. His staff is absolutely wonderful, and kind. All of my interactions with them have been positive, and supportive. I am so glad we found this clinic, and Dr. Sutter. I give them all my strongest recommendation, and appreciation for their wonderful work.“

21686 Stevens Creek Blvd, Cupertino“I had never thought about light therapy before but with my 15 year old dog I was looking for something to help his arthritis and associated aches and pain that his medications just weren't addressing. So we started red light/UV therapy and in just a few weeks I can see changes in my dogs overall movement. He was stiff and suffering from inflammation in hind legs, hip, and back. Now he is walking better and getting up from lying down much better.
Vet and staff are so nice!
Most importantly my dog seems to love the therapy because never have I seen him lay down and relax like he does for his treatment.“

123 Belmont Ave, Redwood City“Bayhill Equine has been truly exceptional, and I’m so grateful for the care my horse has received.
Dr. Alisha, along with Audrey and Marianna (both incredible vet techs), have gone above and beyond in helping us get to the root of what’s been causing my horse’s pain. What stands out most is their thoroughness and commitment—they didn’t rush to conclusions or offer quick fixes. Instead, they took the time to carefully evaluate every possibility, explain their thinking, and make sure I felt informed and comfortable at every step.
Dr. Alisha is not only knowledgeable but also thoughtful and compassionate in her approach. Audrey and Marianna are equally amazing—attentive, patient, and clearly dedicated to the well-being of the horses they care for. You can tell this is a team that truly works together.
It’s not easy to find a unit that combines expertise, communication, and genuine care at this level. I feel incredibly confident having my horse in their hands and would highly recommend Bayhill Equine.“

Another doctor & clinic wanted to extract all my cat's teeth because of gum disease. Cat is only 18 months old!. Dr Saggi otoh was willing to try much less aggressive treatment with great results so far. Always get a second opinion!!“

I’ve been bringing my dog here for around 3 years (and most recently a new puppy!) and they are super comfortable with everyone! Dr Suen listens to every concern we have and always gives us multiple options when considering treatment. We have been lucky with our both our dog’s health so far, but any small concern has been addressed super quickly. They are also super accommodating and we are able to get same-day appointments for (what we consider anyway) emergencies, which saves a ton in finding other vet care, plus we know we are going to be looked after here! Finally, the reception staff are lovely and are always really helpful!“

“I just moved from the South Bay and Peninsula was recommended. I needed to get in quickly for rabies and vaccinations for my pup. All went well, when I got there I was greeted by staff. It was busy, and I waited a tad longer. But it didn't matter, I really liked Dr. Ulla. She was personable. She got down on her knees to greet my dog who is 46 pounds. She reassured my pup and soon she was licking the vet! So big yay. I am thrilled to have found a great vet in Menlo Park!“
