I can't thank Dr. CC and her AMAZING team enough for the exceptional care they provided to my cat and I. From the booking experience to the appointment itself and payment, each step of this process was 11/10. I live all the way in Oakland but this hospital was recommended to me by friends, and I am really glad I was able to be seen with such short notice. They really care about transparency and making you feel at ease.My cat was having some urinary issues and I felt comfortable asking questions about the procedures and the cost throughout the visit. I’ve taken my cat here twice now, and they will continue to be my primary vet while I’m living here in San Francisco. Dr. Claudine Falcis is very kind and honest & the employees are very sweet as well.
