The staff is courteous and helpful, and the clinic is well organized with good communication. Personnel are gentle and loving with the animal patients. They are caring, helpful, and communicative, and the entire staff is great. The hospital has received praise for its genuine concern for patients, kindness, and willingness to accommodate emergencies. Customers have expressed satisfaction with the new owners and the overall positive energy in the clinic. Dr. Diaz is exceptional and common sense, and Dr. Gadde performed an emergency splenectomy surgery. Dr. Cherry and Dr. Hoppe are also highly recommended.

Crystal Spring is always attentive to helping me be a good dog owner with reasonable expense, common sense advice, and attentive to my time. I’m so grateful to have them be my vet clinic!

With anxious dogs, going to the vet is a very stressful experience. I can't say enough about Crystal Springs Pet Hospital. All staff members, from the front desk to the vet techs to the doctors, are kind, compassionate, and patient. We've always had excellent service and care. Thank you! Hope you get back into your old space soon. Highly recommend. Elsa and Goldie give 8 paws up.

Everyone is always friendly and professional. Veterinarians are transparent about treatment costs and support us in weighing the cost vs benefits of a recommended treatment. I moved to San Jose over 3 years ago and continue to make the drive to Crystal Springs because of the great service and trust I have in you all caring for my 2 dogs!
