“There was a gas leak at my daughter's house, so the gas company had to turn off the gas until it had been located and repaired. I googled for plumbers that could provide this service. They responded quickly, and someone came out right away. After discussing the situation with them, I decided to proceed with them doing the repair. The work was completed within a few hours, which I am very happy about since there are children living here also. I'm grateful to both the technician and his "field manager" for their time and patience they took with me. Neither of them left me feeling like I was a bother when I kept asking questions regarding the work being done. I don't know how their prices compare to anyone else because I didn't seek a 2nd opinion. All I know is it was affordable for me to cover with my credit card. I was afraid it would be significantly more involved and costly. If they had been the case, I was going to just give up and sell the house. I'm glad it didn't come to that . I'm in my 60s, and this was my grandmother's house, so I do have SOME degree of attachment to it. I could not get anyone to give me a price even when I gave them all the information. Then one-stop also set an appointment the next day. Which others canceled on me.
