IT Services & Computer Repair near Benicia picked by BestProsInTown
“Geoff's computer service is great. Why pay some Big Box repair service when you can go local? Geoff is competent, friendly and professional. My husband and I call him for upgrades, repairs, and maintenance. I would recommend him to anyone needing computer service to their home or business.”
“Fantastic communication and great attention to detail in developing a plan fit for our needs. Ari took the time to walk through our house layout during the initial consulation, and offered helpful options to account for our requirements. Scheduling was quick and easy, once we had settled on a plan, and communication was timely throughout. Pricing was competitive and transparent, and Ari was also glad to help us price out options and alternatives, and we were fully comfortable with proceeding with itemized quote breakdown.
Our installer Josue was very thoughtful once onsite, and once we had a chance to walk through the physical space, worked quickly and efficiently to hook up every room. Every connection was validated, tidily routed through our attic, and cleanup was impeccable. Would highly recommend their services as a locally owned business that cares about doing the job right!”
“I have worked with this whole team for 2 years now, as their client, and a partner on the overall IT strategy for the organization. Their team is excellent, Michael and Rachel are so thoughtful and flexible. I have worked with Jeff on 3 occasions. All on issues that were 80% my fault--it's taken 2+ hours to resolve on most occasions, And.He's.Been.A.Sweet.Patient.Angel the whole time. So big ole' shoutout to Jeff, for being the best.”
